Agile Coaching for teams and professionals

We offer a comprehensive coaching service on Agile Methodologies and Agile development techniques implementation with valuable results.

This is a process carried out in situ, with the assistance of an Agile expert, who has the responsibility to actively pass on knowledge regarding practices and tools in order to transform a team or organization into an agile one. Implementation is done while the involved people continue to execute their day-to-day activities.

One of the advantages of being part of our Agile Coaching is that the implementation of Agile Methodologies is accomplished successfully in less time than it would take without an expert’s guiding. Additionally, the business is not neglected because we work directly on projects, roles and goals of teams and stakeholders (managers, development managers, etc.).This includes identifying problems, understanding their causes and putting into practice the skills needed to solve them.

There are mainly two types of situations: those where teams have never been working within an Agile environment and others who already  have but are now willing to experience a greater level of depth in Agile Methodologies. Kleer’s coaching service responds effectively to both, with the additional feature that our coaches shape the implementation process according to the specific needs of the team or organization.

When necessary, the coaching is preceded by a training designed to fit each team, ensuring a standard level of knowledge that enables greater effectiveness to the implementation.
